We’re looking for dependable, hard-working sales associates to join our growing team! No evenings required. Do you love textiles? Upholstery? Draperies? DIY furniture upgrades? You may be a perfect fit! Fabrics That Go has been in Tucson for more than 45 years and we are growing!
Sales Associate positions to include positive customer service skills, effective sales techniques, maintenance of the store, re-stocking of merchandise, inventory control, and assisting with project orders as they come in.
As a full-time SALES ASSOCIATE, you will:
• Provide exceptional guest service as you assist in day-to-day store operations, including retail and upholstery project management.
• Assist with ringing up sales using a POS system and writing up upholstery and drapery projects.
• This position also requires simple math on a daily basis (we can train you) to calculate proper yardage for jobs.
• Have good sales skills, interpersonal skills, and excellent customer service skills.
Qualifications:
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
• Naturally enjoy interacting with people.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule and arrive to work on time.
• Be welcoming, positive, engaging, and friendly towards our customers, vendors, and team members.
• Previous retail, cash-handling, merchandising skills, and customer service experience is a plus
• Knowledge of business English, proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, and basic math.
• Knowledge of computer utilization in business operations.
• Ability to communicate, read, and write clearly in English.
• Ability to follow basic instructions (see below).
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form.

Delivery Driver and Window Coverings Installer
We are looking to add a delivery driver(s) and custom installer to our team. Experience with installing, drapery, roman shades, cornices/valances is preferred, but we will train the right person! Maintenance Person/general construction experience a plus. This job will consist of going to client homes and businesses, delivering and picking up furniture, taking accurate measurements for window coverings, and driving a large box truck. You must be over 25 years of age to be considered for this position.
This is a part-time position that could turn into a full-time position with other projects within the company.

- We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is a motivated self starter, that has attention to detail and good work ethic. Someone who is efficient and able to follow directions and is skilled with small power/ hand tools.
- The applicant should be able to work in clean residential environments, with respect to surroundings and to clients.
- A team player with effective communication skills, a positive attitude and problem solving are required.
- Prior experience installing window coverings is a plus, however any applicant with
experience in finished products, cabinetry, audio visual, home theater or electrical is encouraged to apply.
